In the process we create the slide, we often need a list of descriptive words one by one, we usually use points list to format. Now, for these past works with the file, your words can instantly become the moving text graphics through the automated conversion tool of PowerPoint 2007.

Method One: Click the existing list text box on the slide, and then click the "Convert to SmartArt Graphic"button in the "Paragraph " option group in the top of the screen. And from the drop-down list to select the graphics which need to applied. Indeed, as long as the mouse pointer on it, it can immediately preview the results.

Method Two: If you directly right-click the points already on the list of text boxes, and also available to start the implementation of "Convert to SmartArt Graphic"command from the shortcut menu. And then open the smart graphics list to choose the graphics which applied to be converted .

Method three: Click "other SmartArt graphics " command on the shortcut menu, open the "Choose SmartArt Graphic"dialog box, select the graphic you want to apply from the rich graphics.
